I hereby indemnify and clear Seals Swimming Club and its officials, coaches, teachers, members and their parents against all loss, injury or damage from any cause arising, including but not restricted to theft, loss, injury or damages arising during swimming or transportation or any other occasion whatsoever.
This waiver is unconditional and is given in my personal capacity and in my capacity as a parent and natural or legal guardian of the child aforementioned and included in this club registration.
