Seals Swimming Club Constitution was revised in 2006 and is available to download below. Any changes to the Constitution must be passed at the Club AGM.

By Laws stand alone and are in place to protect the members. Revisions to By Laws are passed by the Seals Committee at a scheduled Committee meeting. Such revisions are minuted at the meeting or post-meeting where further discussion has taken place. These By Laws are available to download below.

It is highly recommended that members and their families read and familiarize themselves with both documents. On completion of an online registration, you will be asked to tick that you have understood and agreed to the terms set out in the By-Laws.
